Its the perfect mix of flavors and textures --- the juicy, tender steak, the melted cheese that ties everything together, and the soft toasted bread that soaks up all the flavor. Maybe it's the way they season the meat just right or how fresh and hot it comes off the grill. The smell alone probably gets your appetite going before the first bite. And if you've had it more than once, it could be the comfort and consistency. That feeling of knowing exactly how good it's going to taste every time.

This unassuming little shop will have you coming back for more with their AMAZING philly steak and chicken sandwiches. From the melty cheese, perfectly cooked meat and veggies, and the famous secret sauce - you can't ask for anything more of a sandwich! Tons of flavor, it hits the spot every time and is perfectly paired with fries. A delicious local lunch treat!

When I think of cheese steak, I think of Alkobar. Been enjoying these phillys for over 20 years. The quality of the sandwiches has not changed. They're always packed with a grip of delicious moist steak. The bread they use is always fresh and compliments the meat of your chioce. But what will ALWAYS bring me and the family back is that damn SECRET SAUCE!!! So good, we get extra everytime and dip their bomb seasoned skinny fries, which are definitely the best type of fries. Do yourself a favor and try the best philly in the valley.
